We’re excited to announce that Tatjana Farr, has joined our Coldwell Banker Realty Downtown Office!  She’s a Northern Virginia native who brings over fifty years of roots, a passion for people, and an incredible entrepreneurial background to our team. Tatjana relocated to Charleston in 2023. She is thrilled to be able to put her experience and heart for service to work in real estate. Tatjana is a graduate of Flint Hill Prep and Salisbury University in Maryland. Her journey into real estate was a natural one, driven by a love for helping people, seeing real results, and building a business of her own. That same passion carried her through more than twenty years owning and operating restaurants, food trucks, and catering companies in Virginia, where she happily served (and fed!) people every single day.  When Tatjana isn’t helping clients, you’ll likely find her spending time with her large family and friends, playing tennis, biking, traveling, perfecting a game of mahjong, or soaking sunshine at the beach with their golden pup, Lakota!
